The establishment of beds 800, open beds 1050. It is a national Grade 3A Chinese medicine hospital integrating centralised medical treatment, teaching and research, preventive health care and Chinese medicine recuperation.     Farfly a specialist in the healthcare sector has been appointed to equip the hospital with various vinyl floor coverings dedicated to entrances, corridors, bedrooms and technical or emergency areas (operating theatres, intensive care units...).     In total 107500 sqm of floorcoverings were delivered for this huge project.   Due to hospital expansion. As a result, the hospital's new medical centre required a flooring solution that would be durable enough to withstand high levels of patient traffic for years to come, blend in with a calm, neutral aesthetic, and be both environmentally friendly and easy to clean and maintain.   The Farfly's 'Boned' range quickly became the perfect flooring solution for the new medical centre.     When installing a homogeneous floor, Farfly's professional construction team take many things into consideration.   They ensure that the original flooring is clean, dry, level and free from any debris or contaminants that could affect adhesion.    When Farfly's Boned Homogeneous Flooring arrived on site, the team laid the flooring flat on the floor to allow it to fully adapt to the environment in which it would be installed. This helps to prevent expansion or contraction after installation, which can take up to 48 hours.     When choosing an adhesive, we chose a special adhesive for homogeneous floors. Allow time for the moisture in the adhesive to evaporate before installation.     Environmental factors such as temperature and humidity are taken into account during installation. Extreme changes in these conditions can affect the performance of the adhesive and the flooring material itself.    The client was very pleased when the work was completed. In August, the Shanghai University of Technology cooperated with Farfly. BAM texture of PVC sports flooring Boguan series was used as the floor of a badminton court.       BAM4002 is a composite process of badminton special PVC sports flooring. Made of materials with high abrasion resistance, it can effectively resist friction and abrasion and prolong the service life of the floor.     Secondly, the sports floor has excellent cushioning performance. The fact that pickleball became an Olympic showpiece in 2024 has made the sport more popular and widely participated in.   Pickleball Field Dimensions The American Pickleball Association specifies that a standard pickleball court should be rectangular, with boundary lines measuring 20 feet (6.67 yards/6.10 metres) wide and 44 feet (14.67 yards/13.41 metres) long. Provide enough space for players to move safely around the court. The smallest court is typically 25 feet * 54 feet. Of course, the ideal size is 30*60 feet so that athletes can achieve the highest possible level of athleticism. If you plan to want to start a pickleball club, the first thing to consider is the size of the field. Try to choose an open site with no pillars and no steps.   Flooring materials Paint: Advantage: it is easy to operate and can be matched with any colour. Suitable for temporary sites. Disadvantages: after use, it needs to be ventilated to remove odour. It cannot protect the knees and ankles of athletes. Disadvantages: can not be used outdoors, not UV resistant.   About flooring installation For indoor pickleball courts, the most suitable is PVC professional sports flooring.       Project Jiangsu Public Hospital Type Hospital Office and Reception Hall Project area 3000+ square metres Construction time  13 July to 27 July 2024 Acceptance 30 July 2024 Acceptance criteria Anti-slip grade: R9   Wear-resistant grade: P    Fire rating: B1 Material Usage 3000+ square metres of medical homogeneous vinyl  flooring Satisfaction ✭✭✭✭✭       Jiangsu Public Hospital covers an area of 300,000 square meters.     The hospital has more than 100 operating rooms, 320 general clinics and 2,000 beds.     When the hospital is fully operational, it can receive 30,000 patients and treat 8,000 emergency patients every day.     The hospital currently needs to renovate some outdated areas.     As an expert in the field of healthcare, Farfly was appointed as a dedicated floor material for the hospital's offices and reception rooms.     Farfly chose the Bona star series of medical homogeneous vinyl flooring for the hospital.     We needed a solution that was particularly antibacterial, wear-resistant, iodine-resistant and sustainable. Therefore, we chose the Bona star series. This environmentally friendly medical homogeneous vinyl floor is formaldehyde-free, wear-resistant, waterproof and stain-resistant. The TVOC emissions after 28 days are less than 20μg/m3, ensuring the indoor air quality. We recommended an 8mm thick high performance PVC sports floor for SNG.        In addition, Farfly carefully selected a flooring solution and 3D printed the SNG logo on the floor. If you've decided to build an outdoor pickleball court for your recreation centre, school or club, but aren't sure where to start, this guide will help you understand the basics of building a pickleball court.     Determine your space Would you convert a tennis or badminton court into a pickleball court? Will you be building a multi-court complex? Or will you be building a new pickleball court from scratch?
