Sample Request Terms

In order to fully protect the rights and interests of all customers and potential customers, these Sample Terms and Conditions have been established. These terms and conditions apply only to the request and use of samples provided by FARFLY.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Samples are only available to customers who are genuinely interested in purchasing our products.

2. Sample Fees and Payment

2.1 Charges for Samples are based on the number of Samples.

2.2 For paid samples, the sample fee is refundable if the Customer places an order of more than US$10,000 after receiving the samples. The refund amount will be deducted from the final order invoice.

2.3 If the annual turnover is more than USD150,000, we can send samples 5 times free of charge (the single cost is not more than USD100).

2.4 The shipping cost of the samples shall be borne by the customer.

2.5 The sample fee should be paid before the sample is sent out, and the accepted payment methods are: T/T, paypal.

3 Shipping and Delivery

3.1 The Company will ship the samples to the address provided by the Customer. The customer is responsible for providing detailed information. For example: address details, postcode, contact person, telephone number, email address.

3.2 The Company can arrange delivery according to sample requirements and location. The cost, time and method of delivery will be disclosed at the time of request.

3.3 Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location or other factors.

4. Availability of Samples

4.1 In general, samples will be supplied in the form of stock available.

4.2 For special sizes, thicknesses, colours, models, etc., the factory supports the printing of customized small samples.

5. Sample use and limitation

5.1 Samples are provided for the sole purpose of evaluation by the Customer. The Customer agrees not to resell, reproduce or distribute the samples without the express written permission of the Company.

5.2 The Client may use the samples for personal or business evaluation, provided that the samples are used in a manner consistent with the Company's policies and intellectual property rights.

5.3 The Company retains all rights and interests in any Samples, including any associated intellectual property rights, which the Client acknowledges and agrees not to infringe.

6 Customer Responsibilities

6.1 The Customer is obliged to co-operate with our feedback surveys on the quality of the Samples and the Service. We reserve the right to refuse requests for further samples without any feedback. In case of a request for a further sample, please add the feedback from the previous sample.

6.2 The customer is responsible for paying any customs duties or fees associated with the sample request.

7 Limitation of Liability

7.1 The Company's entire liability to the Customer under these Terms, whether for breach of contract, negligence or other legal grounds, is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the Sample.

7.2 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages including but not limited to property damage, loss of business or personal injury arising out of the use of the Samples.

7.3 If, due to our error, we do not send the agreed samples as requested, we shall be required to send additional samples immediately and the additional courier and sample charges shall be paid by us.

8 Privacy and data protection

8.1 The Customer agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information in order to process sample requests and ship samples.

8.2 The Company will process the Customer's personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the Company's website.

9. Modifications and Updates

9.1 The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without notice. Any modifications will be posted on the Company's website and continued use of the Sample Request Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
