PVC plastic floor construction is divided into: self-leveling construction and floor paving construction. Paving is divided into: full scraping glue paving and adhesive tape paving. Self-leveling construction is carried out before floor paving. Full scraping glue paving is suitable for kindergarten floors and commercial floors, and adhesive tape paving is suitable for sports floors and dance floors. Full scraping glue paving is divided into: roll paving and sheet paving. The following is only for roll flooring.

PVC floor paving construction process-full scraping glue

Process 1: Pre-paving. Requirements: The ground is solid, sand-free, powder-free, clean and dry, and the height difference within 2 meters is within 2mm or polished and cleaned self-leveling; Material: PVC floor (with roll number);

Method: Lay according to the roll number.

Process 2: Scraping glue. Requirements: Pre-paved floor; Tools: Special scraping board; Materials: PVC floor special glue;

Method: Roll up the whole pre-paved floor to half, pour an appropriate amount of glue on the ground, and scrape it evenly with a scraper.

Process 3: Laying. Requirements: The glue is not sticky (about 20 minutes after scraping the glue); Tools: Cork board; Method: After the glue is not sticky, roll out the rolled floor, scrape it flat and push it with the cork board; after laying, roll up the other half and scrape the glue to lay it.

Process 4: Trimming. Requirements: The whole piece of floor glue is laid; Tools: Steel ruler, hook knife or wallpaper knife;

Method: After the steel ruler is pressed to the edge, the excess part of the corner is cut off with a hook knife or wallpaper knife; clean up the site.

Process 5: Grooving and connection. Requirements: Laying and trimming are completed; Tools: Steel ruler, groover, welding gun, crescent blade or leveler; Materials: welding wire;

Method: 1. Grooving---Align the steel ruler along the floor joint, and groove with a groover. The length of the groove is controlled at one-third of the total thickness of the floor.

2. Connection---The welding gun connects along the groove position, and after completion, the raised welding line is trimmed with a crescent blade.

Things to note when installing PVC plastic floor

During the installation process, the principle of from inside to outside and from large to small should be to avoid confusion. Different materials and textures of floors should be installed in different ways to ensure the best effect. Ensure that the construction environment is dry and well ventilated, and avoid moisture and exposure.
